At Shire Solicitors it is very important that our clients and website visitors understand that trust is high on our list of priorities. We do not pass on your details or information we collect from you to anyone unless it is in relation to progressing the legal services for which you have instructed us. We do not sell or provide the information we collect from you for any other purpose. This Privacy Policy aims to clarify how we collect, keep it secure and when its ever disclosed to others. The only information we are able to collect is the information you give us vis the website contact us provision. This will only be used to contact you in respect of the advice you seek and will not be shared with anyone else.

We can also collect the personal information you provide to us once we have been instructed on a matter where we are providing a legal service to you.  This again will not be shared with any other third party and is only used in progressing your legal matter.  The information is kept in accordance with guidance set down by the Law Society and the SRA for 6 years and is kept in our archives. The information will also be stored on our server until it is removed after 6 years.

When someone visits www.shiresolicitors.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
